Friendly staff that make you feel right at home and go above and beyond to assist you 👍.

the staff is dedicated, the breakfast satisfactory, the location is favourable short walk to the office building. its rooms are good sized and nice styled, had an enjoyable stay during my business trip. 

This venue impresses with its modern design and helpful staff, located perfectly in the heart of the city.

We booked an a twin room, it was complete with a king size bedroom, walking in closet. Excellent location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed.

My room on the 29th floor was stylish and had smoke detectors for safety. the spot was convenient, right by a fancy restaurant and close to a big shopping center and a market 🛍️.

The hotel was big in size, fairly clean, and had a great breakfast. They kindly provided me with a twin room, snacks, and a glass of red wine. Everything was good, I will definitely choose this hotel again in Jakarta. 

This place is centrally situated near many restaurants, shops, and the heart of the city, offering a diverse and tasty breakfast selection to cater to all tastes.

Convenient parking 🅿️ available on site, plus a great location. the pool area is really nice and enjoyable.

The hotel is perfectly secured and located in the city center, making it easy to get to from major business centers. The staff at the hotel were absolutely charming and helpful, and the executive rooms and lounges provided a memorable 

marriott really exceeded my expectations! the food was amazing, both in-room dining and breakfast. the staff was so good at following health protocols. they even sent peppermint tea when i had a sore throat. overall, a fantastic stay with excellent customer service 

Messing around with the bill in combination with breakfast fee. I put a formal complaint in with management directly

Quite and scure , but due to construction around the area make it hard to reach to hotel on time.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room size was great, allowing us to move around comfortably. The hotel facilities were luxurious and comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was close to several shopping malls and restaurants in the city 

Friendly staff and very clean and comfortable.

Price was a little high, but the worst decision made was moving out to another '5-star' establishment closeby....

I like because the security is great
